Nick was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Challenger Limited in January 2022 and has held a number of senior executive roles at Challenger since joining in 2015, including Chief Executive, Funds Management and General Manager of Fidante Partners. During his time as Chief Executive of the Funds Management business, Nick made significant progress on a number of key growth initiatives including securing a host of high-quality partnerships and leading the expansion of the business globally.

Nick has 26 years’ industry experience gained across Australian and international markets and has successfully led top tier global equity and multi-asset businesses both in Australia and the UK. Prior to joining Challenger, Nick held senior leadership roles at Colonial First State and Invesco.

Alex was appointed Challenger’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in December 2022, having previously held a number of senior roles at Challenger including Group Deputy CFO and CFO, Funds Management. Alex was previously a Partner in KPMG’s CFO Advisory Practice and has extensive experience across life insurance and wealth management including roles at BT Financial Group.

Anton was appointed Challenger’s Chief Executive, Life and Solutions in June 2022, having previously held the role of Challenger Life’s Chief Financial Officer and Appointed Actuary since 2018. Prior to joining Challenger, Anton held a Chief Actuary role at AMP, following a 20-year consulting career.

Mandy joined Challenger in November 2022 as Chief Executive, Customer. Prior to this, Mandy was General Manager, Asset Management Distribution at MLC Wealth. Mandy has also held other senior roles in Australia and London at BMO Global Asset Management, CQS UK, Nomura, and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (now BlackRock).

Victor was appointed Challenger’s Chief Executive, Funds Management in August 2022 following five years as Head of Fixed Income within the Challenger Investment Management business. Prior to Challenger, he held other investment leadership roles including Head of Asia Pacific Fixed Income at Aberdeen Asset Management in Singapore and Deputy Head of Fixed Income at Credit Suisse Asset Management in Australia.

Peter was appointed Chief Investment Officer of Challenger Life in August 2021 and has day to day responsibility for managing the assets and liabilities of the company. Since joining Challenger in 2003, Peter has held a number of senior investment roles, including overall responsibility for Challenger Life’s real asset investments and insurance risk strategy. Prior to joining Challenger, Peter held a variety of financial market roles with Zurich, Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust.
